ArtbyLilyParker ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you browse our gallery or place an order, and how we use it.
When you submit an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and — if provided — a Bitcoin transaction ID or payment receipt screenshot used solely to verify your payment. We do not collect or store any private wallet keys or seed phrases.
Your information is used exclusively to process your order, verify payment on the Bitcoin blockchain, arrange shipping, and communicate with you about your purchase. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Order and payment verification records are retained for up to 90 days to support customer service and fraud prevention, after which receipt files are automatically deleted.
